American Doughnut Kitchen – a shameless plug for our family business that is now in it’s 64th year of trading at the historic Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne, Australia. We are known for having the best doughnuts in town and are regularly approached by various media outlets to feature in their shows, print or otherwise. My grandfather was one of the founders, and after he passed in 1996, my mum took over his role. I joined the company in 2006 and my role now encompasses Business Development, Marketing Strategy & Admin.

Pack It In – these guys sell such a huge range of cello bags and other packaging products critical for presenting your handmade products to your customers. Their service is second to none, they answer questions quickly and their turnaround time is fabulous. I use their cello bags for all my handmade cards and their C6 boxes as well. I have other friends who also use their products and love them.
Pinterest – OMG, what can I say? I LOVE this site a little too much I think. I adore how I can find so many amazing products and ideas without having to buy magazines and have them pile up. I’ve always collected magazine clippings for decorating ideas and craft projects and now I have it at my fingertips in digital form. Many a project has been inspired by something I’ve seen on Pinterest.
